Relationships, built by passionate people through mutual trust, have been the cornerstone of our business from day one.

What first grew out of a conversation between family, friends, and colleagues in 1999 continues to grow under the innovative leadership of The Rawls Group.

As the flagship Keller Williams market center for the region and founding office of The Rawls Group, First Atlanta continues to lay a foundation of excellence for future generations of agents and leaders alike.

We are honored to bring over two decades of industry leadership, unprecedented experience, and firsthand, community expertise to every First Atlanta partnership.

The Rawls Group forms and launches Keller Williams First Atlanta with 27 agents
December 1999
We expand to our current office space in Glenridge Point
