The Associate Leadership Council (ALC) is composed of top agents who have been carefully selected from the Top 20% of Atlanta North agents. These are agents who personify our core values and care about their fellow agents, the success of our Market Canter, and the communities we serve. They serve as our “Board of Directors”, to act as a voice for their fellow agents — leading, inspiring, and adding value for our agents in the committees they head.
